10 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
If I could give this Wisdom Walk 10 stars🌟 🤩 🌠 I would!! Such a lovely experience getting to meet these wonderful women in person. I learned so much about their work and gained connections I had no idea even existed before this walk. The energy was high and the day was perfect for a walk that invigorated my body and inspired my mind. The questions were a hoot and made me consider new angles for my own journey as well. My only question is...When is the next one??" Colette Burnett

You are no longer alone: You have a Community Worldwide to Earn, Learn, Network and Impact
EARN
In a Wisdom Walk,
it’s about discovering opportunities to add value that might eventually translate into income or resources.
  • Helping at a booth together could spark collaborations or consulting leads.
  • Walking the fair side by side might uncover business synergies or hidden gigs.
  • You leave the walk with not just contacts, but potential pathways to revenue.
LEARN
Learn is the backbone of the walk.
Every encounter at the fair, every reflection shared in conversation, is a chance to pick up new perspectives and insider knowledge. It’s real-time peer learning without slides or lectures — learning through walking, observing, and sharing stories.
NETWORK
The Network piece is what turns the walk into something magical.
Instead of stiff introductions, you’re side-by-side, experiencing something together.
  • Relationships are built more naturally, through curiosity and shared exploration.
  • It’s less “What do you do?” and more “What do you think about this?”
IMPACT
Impact in a Wisdom Walk is about making a mark beyond yourself.
  • Maybe it’s mentoring a younger participant on the spot.
  • Maybe it’s volunteering for a beach cleanup
  • Or simply, it’s taking what you’ve learned back to your circle, multiplying its effect.
The walk becomes a ripple: the stories, practices, and small shifts you take home spark wider change.

Appendix
Every Wisdom Walk blends personal connection with professional intention. But the way we connect — and the types of conversations or actions we prioritize — can shift depending on the core vertical focus of the event.

The structure of the walk is left up to the host. We do reserve the right to not approve a Wisdom Walk structure.
This appendix offers some curated suggestions. Use these to deepen interaction, unlock insight, and keep your Wisdom Walk aligned with the specific values of the community.
🚫 Things You Cannot Do in a Wisdom Walk
  • Turn it into a sales pitch: No asking people to buy your product, sign up for your services, or promote your business.
  • Film or pressure for marketing content: Attendees should not be asked to record testimonials, reels, or promo videos outside of Gleac.
  • Dominate the conversation: It’s not a platform for one person to give a lecture, keynote, or monologue — it’s about mutual exchange.
  • Recruit aggressively: No pushing to join your team, network, or organization.
  • Exclusivity or gatekeeping: The walk should not create cliques, side deals, or exclusionary behavior.
  • Over-structuring: It’s not meant to be a workshop with slides, flipcharts, or rigid agendas. Light structure only.
  • Transactional networking: It’s about curiosity and wisdom-sharing, not collecting business cards or LinkedIn adds like a competition.
Suggested In-Human Energizers
It's all about building meaningful, strategic relationships — not just contact exchanges, but soul-level understanding. These exercises ensure participants walk away truly knowing someone, not just meeting them.

Signature In-Person Formats for Network-Focused Wisdom Walks Connection thrives where presence meets intention. Below are five curated formats that make space for meaningful, strategic relationships — all grounded in real-world moments.
1
The Walk + Breakfast
Vibe: Light movement, slow connection Format: A morning walk (urban or nature-based) followed by breakfast at a local café. Use “Soul Snacks” as conversation starters during the walk and reflections over food.
Great for: First-time gatherings, introverts, or city-based members.
2
Professional Fair
Vibe: Learning, curious, networking, earning. Meet at a professional fair, industry expo, or event. If someone has a booth, the group supports by helping out for several hours — engaging visitors, pitching, or sharing their perspective. Otherwise, walk the fair together, exploring booths and sessions side by side. Each participant highlights one moment that stretched them or felt a little uncomfortable, and shares how they leaned into it.
Great for: Industry hubs, ambitious professionals, or communities looking to transform fear into visibility and opportunities.
3
Café Conversations
Vibe: Cozy, intimate, flexible Format: Reserve a long table at a café or patio. Each person takes turns answering a Soul Snack question while others listen, journal, or respond. Optional: bring object prompts (e.g., “What’s one item in your bag that tells us about your work style?”). Great for: Evenings, small groups, or rainy-day plans.
4
Co-Working Day
Vibe: Focused, collaborative, lightly social. Meet at a co-working space, café, or office hub and spend the day working side by side. Members set personal goals, dive into their projects, and use breaks to connect, swap ideas, or share quick wins.
Great for: Remote professionals, entrepreneurs, or anyone craving accountability and energy from working alongside others.
Soul Snacks
These are the five soulful, funny, and full-of-impact questions each Wisdom Walk participant should explore with at least one other person during the walk.
  1. "If I were a local dish, I'd be…" (And why? This taps into culture, flavor, and personality. Doubles, jollof, kimchi — let it be vivid.)
  1. "What would you put on your business card if no one judged you?" (Unfiltered identity — think "Chief Soul Searcher" or "Professional Dot-Connector.")
  1. "What's something you've failed at… and are secretly proud of?" (Shifts shame into strength — stories of resilience welcome.)
  1. "When do you feel most powerful?" (This often reveals surprising truths: on stage, in silence, over tea, or mid-idea.)
  1. "What do you wish more people asked you about?" (Creates space for hidden expertise or longing — the stories beneath the resume.)
Gleac and Seek
These are five photo/video-based activities to bring creative energy and digital storytelling into the Wisdom Walk. They can be done solo, in pairs, or in groups.
  1. "Street Smart" Take a photo next to a local signboard, mural, or street name and explain how it connects to your culture, work, or personal growth.
  1. "Future Selfie" Snap a group or solo selfie and caption it with what you want to be known for by this time next year.
  1. "Visibility Challenge" Record a 15-second video sharing one thing you've learned about your visibility journey — or a barrier you've broken.
  1. "Walk Swap" Trade an object with someone on the walk (a leaf, a note, a pin), photograph the exchange, and share what it symbolizes.
  1. "Look Up, Speak In" Take a picture of something above you (sky, tree, ceiling) and share a 1-sentence reflection on what you're aiming for internally.
